Refund policy

14-day return policy

You may notify us that you wish to return an item within 14 calendar days after you, or a person designated by you, receives it. After notifying us, you must send the item back within 14 calendar days.

To notify us, email bugutzu@gmail.com and include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the item. You may use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but it is not required.

Please contact us before posting the parcel so we can provide the correct instructions for your order. This does not limit any mandatory withdrawal right.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and function. Please return all included parts and accessories and, where reasonably possible, use the original packaging.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

If an item is defective, damaged, materially different from its description, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us before sending anything. We will provide instructions and cover the necessary return cost where required. We may ask for clear photographs or video so we can resolve the issue with our fulfilment partner.

Refunds

We will reimburse eligible payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method without an additional refund fee from us. Your bank or payment provider may require extra processing time.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Exceptions

Mandatory legal exceptions may apply, including clearly personalised products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or legal guarantees that apply in your country.

Cancellation before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order before dispatch. We will try to stop fulfilment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Your mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
