Shipping policy

Where we ship

BugaStore currently ships to Romania and selected international destinations. Availability is determined by the products in your order and the delivery address. The destinations currently available are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed by our fulfilment partner within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays, high-volume periods or when an address needs clarification.

Estimated delivery times

  • Romania: usually 4–12 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: usually 4–12 business days after dispatch
  • United States: usually 5–15 business days after dispatch
  • European Union and other selected destinations: usually 8–25 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, local postal delays, severe weather and other events outside our control can extend delivery. For some destinations or products delivery may take longer.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. We currently offer a standard flat shipping rate for supported destinations.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates can take several days to appear and some local postal services provide limited tracking after a parcel enters the destination country.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or local handling fees. Unless included at checkout or required otherwise by applicable law, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not controlled by BugaStore.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at bugutzu@gmail.com. We will try to update the address before fulfilment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.

If an order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, appears lost, arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and our fulfilment partner and provide the solution required by applicable consumer law.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels and at different times. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee solely because we divide an order into multiple parcels.
